The Perú Food Import's quality policy is clearly defined and is known to everybody involved in the production process. Raw materials are received from our purveyors, who obtain them directly from the field. This is complemented by the selection process in which any deficiency is detected and replaced. Raw materials are disinfected, processed, packed and stored under suitable, hygienic conditions and the temperature and humidity conditions of frozen products are carefully controlled.
