In Peru we have the technical know-how and years of experience in food processing (some processes were invented here in ancient times), together with the opportunity provided by the wide diversity of microclimates found in the three geographical regions of our country - the coast, the mountain highlands and the jungle - that assure almost a year-round supply

We process fresh, natural, recently harvested native Peruvian products. Raw materials are available throughout the year due to diversity of climates existing in Peru - about 80% of the climatic zones of the whole world are found here.

Selection and classification are carried out by trained experts, guaranteeing optimum quality in the final product. The processing plant and storage areas are maintained under the most demanding standards of security and cleanliness.
